I was getting bored of using only seed beads for the whole dress and after browsing through the web for wedding and dance dresses, I decided that tutu was what I want to make.
I tried to layer the fabric but it failed! The whole tutu ended up looking flat. A pleated dress will be too difficult for anybody to achieve the same look as mine.
How to make the miniature tutu look as good as a real tutu and that anyone be able to make it by himself/herself?
I managed to do it after a few attempts.
