Miniature Shackles for Weaving and Beading

Have been looking for shackles this small for a long time to make bracelets.
Saw it on my way to get my safety shoes before I join ship.
You can get them at this shop for SGD2 each. It's located within walking distance from Lavender MRT station.
There is no marking of SWL on it at all so I supposed it is just for decoration purpose given it's miniature size too.
