Finally have the time to design and crystallize or "deco" phone cases, have been very busy lately and have to use an ugly plain phone case.
I always receive comments from people like:
1) Wow, you can actually do handicrafts? Impressive
2) Wow, you actually exercise and swims?!
3) Wow, you actually don't smoke?!
4) Wow, you actually don't like to drink?!
5) Wow, why aren't you a tomboy?!
6) Wow, there are actually beautiful women seafarer?!
7) Wow, why are you so polite?!

I believe that a person's ability and attitude has got nothing to do with his/her age, nationality or background.
and his/her level of maturity in thinking is definitely not directly proportional to his/her age.
This applies to my professional job.

Everybody needs some time off to do something relaxing to relieve their stress and for me, handicrafts are my favourite. I find it amazing to transform ordinary non-attractive materials into IMPRESSIVE looking bags, dress, bracelets, necklaces, rings and mobile phone charms.
Just like how a ship was built with raw materials. Pretty amazing hur!

It's not that I am weak, soft and girlie just because I do handicrafts.
I am crude just like men when my job requires it.

I simply believe that I should NEVER EVER GIVE UP on what I love; the SEA.
Work with satisfaction in your job and you will find that every single day is enjoyable despite the negative issues.

Designs of phone cases that are being sold out there are too common and most of them are not done using Swarovski crystals.

Approximately 67% difference in the price between Swarovski crystals(on the left) and acrylics(on the right) with both having the same 144 pieces in each pack.

I did this Hello Kitty design phone case for my previous IPHONE 3GS which cost:
Phone case: S$12
Hello Kitty Head: S$3.50
Swarovski crystals: approx. S$80+ for the whole case

Had wanted to buy a ready made one but it cost almost the same price for those done using acrylics or low quality non-branded crystals and around S$250+ for one that is done with Swarovski crystals.

I am still designing my own phone case design so just gonna do a simple bookmark so that I can stop making dog ears on the pages of the books which were given to me by my dear friends from my 21st birthday.

Sailboat charm that cost S$2.80.

This "Jewel Setter" by "The Beadsmith" makes picking up of the crystals easy but the crystals just get stuck there and I will have to use a toothpick to remove the crystals from it therefore I still prefer to use tweezers.

A brand new metal bookmark that cost S$1.20.
