Sudden High Interest for Handbags

I am hoping to get the chance to go to Japan or US so that I can buy this bag from "Samantha Thavasa", a Japanese brand. The design is inspired from the "Hermes" birkin and kelly but this bag is so pretty and they made it such that young girls will not look old carrying it and the price is within affordable range. If only Singapore has this...haha
or even go to US to buy "Coach" handbags for a CHEAPER price than Singapore is selling.
I think there is something wrong with me recently for developing high interest in handbags when anchors, radars, walkie talkies, chains, chipping and painting should be what I should look forward to.
But this bag is really pretty.
