Cafeterias are one of the places that we hang out at when we have no idea what to do with the remaining time which we have for the rest of the day.
Having read about the positive reviews of the "UP Cafe" online, we decided to proceed there to chill out with the free wifi available. You can see from my photos that the decorations and furnitures are fixed onto the ceiling upside down thus the given name "UP Cafe".
